Honestly, is This Really Bristol's Top Priority?

I really wanted to ignore Bristol's In Touch Magazine story from last week. It's another of her  oh-so-familiar self-congratuatory spins on her being a good mom, Tripp being amazing, and Levi being worthless.  I really wanted to spare everyone that, including myself. But, today on Politicalgates blog there's some very interesting new information about properties the Palins have been buying up, and within their post they reference the In Touch article and the lies within.

They give tons of information about Bristol's new Wasilla house, pictures outside and inside, and they expose her for, once again, lying to her faithful rag In Touch Magazine. Shocking, I know. Politicalgates is worth your time. Go and read about Sarah, Todd and Bristol's property purchases, see if you have any sympathy for the rough life Bristol is going to have living in that 3,155 sq ft home. It's NOT the "1950s fixer-upper" she claims in the interview.  She also claims to have Tripp's best interests at heart.

Bristol may have had a taste of the limelight, but now her top priority is her son. "Honestly, I just want him to be happy."

Really Bristol?

Then give him more time with these people, 'cause anyone can see that makes him happy:

Now, doesn't that do your hearts good?  I know it does mine. Yes, these are from Facebook and they are the new, right now, profile pictures. Mercede and Levi know people are interested, people want Tripp to have visitation with his daddy, and people will be happy when they see these. It was nice of them to share these pictures publicly.

One more thing about  Politicalgates, give yourself the time to read all the way to the end. It's long and it's worth it. Hat's off the them for great investigative work.

I can't resist quoting their wrap up message to the Palins. It's spot on.

Bristol, Sarah, Todd: You made millions of dollars through the marketing of yourself and your family. Stop playing the victim, and stop accusing Levi of not properly supporting you. Levi was ostracised by your family and was never given a chance. He was also not in the position to make hundreds of thousands of dollars through marketing his son Tripp, in magazines, abstinence adverts, and on TV reality shows - like Bristol did, without any shame. Stop making up stupid stories about how tough and hard-working you all are, when none of this is true. How thrifty and modest you are. Try to be honest, and try to take responsibility for your actions, for a change.

And to that I would add-  let Tripp see his daddy, get to know his daddy, and love his daddy. His life will be richer for it. He doesn't need your 3155 sq ft house, but he does need and deserves his daddy's love.

Curious, is the second picture with Levi his new friend? It didn't look like Mercedes to me. Tripp doesn't look frightened with these people at all. He really needs to be with his dad and others to be exposed to real people. I doubt Levi is on his phone day and night when the little guy is around. Sarah and Bristol seem to always have their noses in their phones and fingers clicking away in all the non-posed pictures of them. I wonder if she texts all day "at work"?

If she is so concerned about Tripp's welfare, check out the dangers of a curious little boy in a multi-level railings that little ones can climb on, an un-fenced hot-tub, and un-fenced lakefront.

Mom gets busy on her phone and it just takes a minute for accidents to happen. Doubt if any of those brain trusts have even taken that in to consideration when purchasing a home with a little one. It's neat for swingers but not very smart with tots!

A young couple from our church came home and she took her baby in the house, and when she went back out to get her groceries and came back in, the three year old was missing. 2 hours later, they found him floating, back up in the covered, but not locked hot-tub, dead! There was no lake in front of their house and they had put small wire inside the deck railing so he couldn't crawl over it. Took about 2 minutes for him to drown. They were very conscientious! In their thirties. Did I mention her husband was also bringing in the groceries with her. Accidents can happen so quick!

The railings on the outside stairwells of her home would not pass code where I live. They look like a childhood accident waiting to happen. Kids are known to try to poke their faces into 'fun' places for the view and then panic when backing out. Perhaps there are plans to redesign them for childproofing purposes.

And yes, that lovely child looks awfully happy in those photos. No pacifier either!

word ver: chiness :)

This is so mean, so i apologize upfront. I love kids and spend my life taking care of them in my career...however, Tripp gives me the creeps. I see only a reflection of icky Chuckles and bitchy Bristol in his face. I hope he can overcome his genetics physically, spiritually, emotionally and intellectually. He has alot going against him. I hope he is a sweet human in the end.

@Anon 10:10. I think that is Sunny.

I hope you can get pass that creepy feeling. Remember don't pass on to the child the parents behavior. He may turn out pretty good. Who knows when he gets of age he may leave his mommie dearest and want to live with his daddy. No matter what children see through the bullshit. They really do.

Anon and B, yes that's Sunny - Levi's 20 year old girlfriend.

The interesting thing about it all is, NO ONE calls the Johnstons out on specific lies and NO ONE acknowledges how "lazy" they are as people. Why the double standard?

People falsely claim Tripp's mother is lazy yet she's had a "real" job since her son was born and prior. By the way, there's no such thing as a fake job.

Anon 10:10. Tripp is the happiest little boy no matter who he's with. He is just a loved little boy by all.

There's no reason to think otherwise and no reason to judge people based on THEIR decisions regarding THEIR families.

Didn't Sadie just write "you can't judge my choices without knowing my reasons."

THAT is what you all need to remember when you want to attack any of these people.

People aren't just naturally hateful. There are deep, often-unexplained reasons for things. That is the only given.

Oh and btw, Sadie dropped another quote just now "Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots."

Do keep in mind that Bristol could have very easily unveiled some unfortunate things in the Johnston's pasts. She pretty much stuck to what was already printed in tabloids anda could stupid things, for her son's benefit.

Levi took the low road and used his son's family as a scapegoat for his shitty decisions and life then. I don't see how you can call Bristol more in the wrong or immature. Yes, you think she SHOULD have put these things aside and let Tripp see Levi more. But when you've been deeply hurt yourself buy someone biologically related to the child you love, it's hard to just get over it. notice I didn't say trust, as I highly doubt Bristol ever trusted Levi, as he WAS a cheater, proven - and even acknowledged by him.

All Bristol wants to her son's father to act like an adult and get a job. Isn't that what your posts should actually be about, not criticizing and ignorantly judging the only working parent? Write what you'd like, no one can control you. Judge who you want, it's your conscience.

Just think about the facts of the matter. You are wholly ignorant of everything you've been discussing for weeks and months. You're also biased to great fault.

I deleted the cluster Troll's multiple listings. Not much new, and I don't let anyone call anyone else animal names. When I see it, it's deleted.

I didn't delete them all, but most. The Anon@6:03 comment that says "NO ONE calls the Johnstons out on specific lies..." is left just to show how knee-jerk reactionary and wrong, wrong, wrong our Troll was tonight. The stuff I deleted was about Levi, work, haters, etc. You don't need to waste time with that.

IS there any other blog that has spent so much time calling out the lies in Levi's book as this blog? If so, I'd love to read it, so share with us.

Please there is her truth and his truth and somewhere in the middle is the real truth. The Sarah Palin has put her family out there herself. No oneelse did but she. By the way are you sure you aren't Bristol? I come to question Bristol as a mother when she is keeping her son from the father by going to CA and here she is going out to a Bar and looking silly on a riding horse. What was running through my mind was what kind of mother would leave her child and run the bars? It doesn't show very well. The optics were awful and she had no one to blame but herself. Getting into a argument with some drunk she should of known better. She should of left and not gone back. Again daughter like mother doesn't know when to shut up and take the higher ground. This Palin family shows the worse examples of family values when all the women manage to get pregnant before they get married. That shows alot about their family values. They don't have any. As far as judging the Johnston family well now Bristol was the one who slept with Levi. What does that say about her?

@Anon 6:35. You said, "Yes, you think she SHOULD have put these things aside and let Tripp see Levi more. But when you've been deeply hurt yourself buy [sic] someone biologically related to the child you love, it's hard to just get over it."

Hard as it may be, Anon, it is THE LAW, not merely a suggestion. Sweet and sensitive as she may be, Bristol is breaking the law.

It was bought by somebody who thinks adding 8 feet to a six-foot fence without adequate foundation is just fine- a fence that came down in the first wind. I mean, let's face it. The Palins don't care about safety. Not bright enough.

B - Bristol is ignoring the courts, the Anchorage Police ignored the court and destroyed Shay Tripp's computer, Todd Palin ignored the law when he supported prostitution, Sarah broke campaign finance law, she and Bristol lied under oath in court, then there's Track's "youthful indescretions" and Willow's vandalism. Palins are obviously above the law and manipulate law enforcers. I hate their attitudes and behaviors. Now watch, our troll will call me a hater!

OT kind of, but I'm in Denver in business and I ran into an elderly Palmer business man last night. He's lived in AK for 52 years. I asked him when SP was going to get run out of the Valley. He replied, "She's a nasty bitch."

Unknown said...

Allison, these trolls can call you, me or anyone else a hater, but none of us give a damn about their ignorance. Look at how the Palin family rejects laws and does whatever the hell they please. It started with her becoming Mayor and redecorating her office, spending $50K w/o council's approval. When questioned about it, her snotty reply was, "I'm the Mayor. I can do whatever I want until the courts tell me I can't" and then there was the SUV lease that she charged to the city, again w/o council's approval! There was talk of a recall but they decided to give her a chance because she had to hire a city manager due to her being incapable of running the city on a day to day basis. She later told her staff that nobody was allowed to speak to the press w/o her approval, proving she was out to silence anyone who dared to tell the truth about the administration.

Of course, we can't forget Willow's participation in vandalizing the home that belonged to a friend's family nor Track's involvement with cutting brake lines. Sarah pulled strings behind the scenes to get the charges swept under the rug and then lied about it, pretending it never happened. When Walt Monegan and his wife, both of whom work in Alaska law enforcement, acknowledge the above as FACT, there's no doubt about it. Sarah is known as a compulsive LIAR, who will look you in the face, eye to eye, and spin a LIE without a second thought. And, yes, Sarah is a "nasty bitch"!

@AKRNHSNC. Good comment, but one thing: reliable blog commenter has said Track was involved in unplugging engine heaters of buses rather than the incident cutting brake lines.

Anonymous said...

wow - Tripp is the spitting image of Mercede.

Anonymous said...

B, that may be right, but wasn't Track also involved in buying booze for underage kids or robbing a liquor store or something? Maybe buying hard liquor for underage kids or he might have been one someone bought it for? Do you think unplugging heaters isn't vandalism? I'm sure the buses were in a fenced in area, probably locked at night. If the engines froze from them doing this, it had to be very costly to replace all of them. You don't think this is notable as breaking the law and something the people of Wasilla shouldn't be upset about. It is their tax money that has to pay the bill. Just because he was the Mayors-Gov's son doesn't mean he shouldn't be held responsible for taking part? Was it right that the girls with Willow weren't charged for breaking into their friends house but the boys were? Somehow, I think he was probably involved in the brake cutting incident, but because he was a Palin, wasn't charged. Heaters were a good substitute and not something that a bus full of kids could have been killed. He wouldn't be the first dignitary kids that got away with something because of his name, but it is not right! Would you feel the same way if your kid or brother or sister had been on a bus that the brakes were cut and he got off because of his name? Huh?

Ivyfree said...

Even if it was "just" the unplugging the school bus heaters, that incident shut down the schools that day, because the buses couldn't run.

Of course the Palins don't value education. My kid would have been grounded and sweeping out the bus barn every day for a couple of months if he'd tried a prank like that! And that's AFTER I would make him write a letter of apology to the school superintendent and the head of support services!

AKRNHSNC said...

Ivyfree, you and I and many others who comment here are the type of parents who will hold our children accountable if they do something wrong, letting them know there will be consequences for bad behavior. Sarah & Todd, however, were the parents who, when their kids weren't doing well in school, blamed the teacher! If their kids vandalize property, they get off w/o penalty and then lie about it, crying victim when others speak about the incident. Palin gets away with all her bullshit to this day and is teaching her kids to expect the same preferential treatment.

Just look at how Todd & Sarah avoided property taxes because they didn't bother to report their new buildings on the land they owned. Instead, we had the GOVERNOR avoiding taxes by saying it was the borough's job to monitor all new building. However, remember when Sarah was Mayor and changed the requirement for building permits? That conveniently offered her and others a way to avoid being noticed as they made property improvements. The Palin family cheats & lies and cries whenever they are caught. They're hypocrites and have taught their children the same disgusting behavior.

@Anon 9:32. Of course unplugging bus engines was vandalism and of course it should have been punished. But cutting brake lines could have taken lives; it might not have been detected when the drivers started their buses.

I don't know the truth. The point the reliable commenter regularly makes is that cutting brake lines is more serious vandalism and that we need to try to be factual.
